By downloading, installing, or using Tellyfish ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Software.
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as described in Section 3), revocable license to use the Software on a single device for personal, non-commercial use.
You may transfer your license from one device to another by deactivating it on the original device first. Each license permits use on one device at a time.
The free trial provides full access to all features for a limited period. After the trial expires, a paid license is required to continue using the Software.
Tellyfish is a media player application only. We do not provide, host, distribute, or control any content, playlists, streams, or channels. You are solely responsible for the content you access through the Software and for ensuring that your use of third-party content complies with applicable laws.

We may release updates to the Software from time to time. Premium license holders receive lifetime updates at no additional cost. We reserve the right to modify features in future versions.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or third-party content issues.
Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience technical issues that cannot be resolved, please contact our support team.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
