Each account can be used on one device at a time. You can switch devices whenever needed by signing out on your old device and signing in on the new one.
The free license provides full access to all core features with no time limit. An optional Premium subscription ($2.99/month) unlocks additional cosmetic features, early access to updates, and unlimited playlists to support ongoing development.
Tellyfish is a media player application only. We do not provide, host, distribute, or control any content, playlists, streams, or channels. You are solely responsible for the content you access through the Software and for ensuring that your use of third-party content complies with applicable laws.

We may release updates to the Software from time to time. Premium subscribers receive early access to updates and bug fixes. We reserve the right to modify features in future versions.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or third-party content issues.
Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience technical issues that cannot be resolved, please contact our support team.
